As Chief Operations Officer, Erin focuses on building and refining the processes that keep the firm running smoothly, from day to day operations to the onboarding of advisors and teams. She also provides support with case management and works closely with advisors and clients throughout the firm.
Erin has worked in financial services since 2007 and has built her career around helping clients work toward their financial goals. Prior to joining One Pacific, she worked with Foresters Financial, AXA Advisors, and Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management Company before joining Derek to help launch the firm. Erin holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations, as well as a Health and Life license (CA Insurance License #0I98697).
Erin found her way to a career in financial services after witnessing firsthand, from an early age, how important and often misunderstood financial stability can be. That experience shaped her commitment to helping clients better understand their finances, which is why she enjoys guiding clients through the onboarding process once they've met with their advisor or agent.
Erin also takes an active role in onboarding advisors and teams at One Pacific. Advisors quickly notice her dedication to helping them get set up and positioned for success within the firm.
Building on her experience across multiple areas of the industry, Erin recognized opportunities for improvement within her own practice and dedicated herself to addressing them wherever she could. She and Derek had worked together previously and found they shared a common outlook on what could set a firm apart, though they lacked the flexibility to act on it at the time. When Derek founded One Pacific, Erin welcomed the chance to help bring that outlook to life.
Outside of work, Erin married her husband, Ryan, on November 11, 2023. They live in Oceanside, CA, with their two dogs, Zeus and Van Gogh.
