Rick is a player-coach at heart, known for leading national solution deployments and recruitment efforts at some of the largest financial services companies. He’s passionate about helping professionals grow from good to great — whether in the boardroom, on the baseball field, or through his faith.
A lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and a former Top of the Table (TOT) producer, Rick continues to advocate for the rights of clients and producers through the National Association of Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and FINCISA. He generously volunteers his time and talents to give back to the industry he loves.
Rick graduated from Arizona State University with honors and is a proud husbandand father of five children. His love for baseball, film, and music brings laughter and joy to those around him. As a “foxhole” leader, Rick takes pride in walking beside you — every step of the way
